EMPLOYMENT AT WILL
YOU ARE AN AT-WILL EMPLOYEE. THIS MEANS THAT YOU MAY LEAVE RADIANT AT ANY TIME WITH PROPER NOTICE AND THAT YOUR EMPLOYMENT MAY BE TERMINATED BY RADIANT AT ANY TIME WITH PROPER NOTICE.
IN CASE YOU LEAVE THE ORGANIZATION WITHOUT ANY PROPER NOTICE OR UNAPPROVED RESIGNATION, THE COMPANY HOLDS ALL THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL ALL OF YOUR OUTSTANDING SALARY AND/OR FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST YOU.
If you are ever in doubt as to your work assignment, i.e., how to do it, when to do it, or what to do, please ask your Supervisor or Project Manager.
What does "at-will employment" mean at RED?
II. Trial/Probation Period & Attendance
Trial/Probation Period
The first one hundred and eighty (180) days of employment of all new employees shall be considered a trial or probationary period.
During this period the company can terminate you from your services while providing you 48 Hours Standard Notice Period.
PLEASE BE SURE OF JOINING COMMITMENT. After successful joining formalities you cannot leave Radiant within first 90 Days due to any reason.
Attendance Policy
Your Supervisor/Reporting Head must always be notified about your whereabouts; if you cannot come to work at least 15 hours prior to the commencement of the shift.
Reporting time is 15 minutes before commencement of your shift
Late reporting (even by minutes) may result in a Floor Compliance Fine (₹200)
Irregular attendance or tardiness may result in immediate termination
During absence, you must call your Supervisor each day until you return
How much notice must you give if you cannot come to work?
III. Standard Conduct & Confidentiality
Standard Conduct
Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Prohibited activities include:
Fighting, horseplay, or threatening behavior
Falsification of company records
Theft or damage of company property
Use of abusive language
Sleeping on the job
Use of personal cell phones during work hours
Gambling or solicitation
Use or possession of alcohol or illegal substances
Each staff member must submit their phone in phone lockers. If found using or carrying phones, serious disciplinary actions may be taken.
Confidentiality Policy
All company and customer information is CONFIDENTIAL. You are not to discuss information concerning a customer or learned while on a work site with anyone other than your Supervisor.
Violation of Radiant's Confidentiality Policy will result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge of services along with legal action for business damages.

IV. Intern Policy
Internship Program
RED offers an internship program for individuals looking to gain experience in the IT industry. Please note the following important policies:
For Interns - there will be no salary provided. The company invests significant resources in training, infrastructure, and mentorship for interns. Since interns are in a learning phase, they are not directly generating revenue for the company.
Interns follow the same rules and regulations as regular staff for discipline reasons
Failure to comply with policies may result in termination of the internship
Our training method is primarily on-the-job training where you'll be given tasks to complete
The goal is to become efficient in work and progress to more complex tasks
We do not provide full traditional training - learning is achieved through practical experience
Outstanding interns who demonstrate commitment, skill, and adherence to company policies may be considered for full-time positions upon completion of their internship.
Why are interns not paid at RED?
V. Safety, Security & Dress Code
Safety
All injuries, no matter how slight, must be immediately reported
Any unsafe condition should be immediately reported to your Supervisor
Employees shall not make unauthorized repairs to equipment
Security
Follow all security programs including wearing ID badges
Visitors are not allowed in work areas without Supervisor approval
All bags are subject to search when entering or exiting
No Company property may be removed from the building
Dress Code
Look neat and presentable while on the job
Revealing clothing is not acceptable
Closed-toe shoes are required for protection
Tier 2 or above staff must wear Business Formals
What should you do if you notice an unsafe condition at work?
VI. Compensation & Final Paycheck
Salary Structure
Salary date is 5th of every month for the preceding month
Salary month: 26th of previous month to 25th of current month
Basic Salary + Attendance Incentive (₹1000 for perfect attendance)
Performance Based Pay: ₹3000 to ₹30000 based on targets
Final Paycheck
Terminated employees will receive final paycheck as per policy
Failure to give proper notice may result in cancellation of outstanding salary
Tier 1 Staff (Agents): 15 Business Days Notice or 15 Days Salary
Other staff: At least 6 Weeks Notice

You understand that violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination
You will return all company property upon termination of employment
You understand the confidentiality requirements and will not disclose company information
